The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and orderly in pure alpine style. For 7 people it starts to feel small, but still doable. The price is great, even though bed linen wasn’t included. Even though the deposit wasn’t specified in the description, it was communicated promptly and refunded a few days after the stay. We’ll definitely come back! Despite deciding not to take the bed linen, which also included towels, I think at least a few towels and a shower mat are necessary, just no, goodbye.

The quiet, family‑friendly location and the friendly staff on the phone are positives. The indoor pool was unfortunately broken/closed, but in summer there are plenty of swimming options nearby.

The neighborhood is quite nice, and getting the keys was straightforward; the kitchen is fully equipped. However, the rate didn’t cover bed linen or towels, and a “small fee” turned out to be almost 100 % of the base price for four people. Just before we arrived, we got a lengthy email with house rules that mentioned a cleaning deposit of about €100, which we hadn’t seen anywhere else. We arrived late, so no staff were there to take the deposit, but we still had no linens or towels. Luckily we had brought blankets and towels for a trekking trip to Italy. Another annoyance was that payment could only be made in cash.

Being in the middle of the mountains is fantastic, with stunning views and beautiful nature. At check‑in there was zero personal contact—no one greeted us, saw us off, or inspected the apartments, leaving us feeling completely on our own. Apartment D1 sits above the sauna, so it was constantly sweltering and stale, and bugs were crawling around, even into the baby’s crib. In D8 the furniture is old and broken; the sofa bed has collapsed several times and the wardrobe handles keep falling off. The pool stayed closed for the whole six days, the deposit wasn’t returned despite a clean handover, and the staff ignored every email we sent.

We couldn’t use the pool because it was empty due to maintenance or renovation, which was a big disappointment since that was the main reason we booked this place. Apart from that, everything else was fine.
