The couple was homey and pleasant, the food wasn’t special but was satisfying and the service was courteous. I enjoyed the natural hot spring that ran directly from the source. The building had a slight worn‑out feel.

The meals were tasty both in the morning and evening. However, the fluorescent light in the room was broken and the old shower in the bathroom should be replaced.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They brought a welcome drink to the room. The chestnut and potato rice cooked for dinner was delicious. The facility is right in front of the slope, and the parking lot is close. The building is occasionally repaired, but the age of the facilities isn’t fully hidden. The bath faucet could be replaced with a newer one. It was fine that the sink was empty, but the spacing between the washbasin and the bath was tight.

The dinner offered a variety of healthy vegetables that tasted great, and for the first time I saw a popo on the breakfast menu. It wasn’t extravagant, but the hospitality really shone through ❤️ I learned a lot from the staff who served me. Unfortunately, the hot spring was broken at the time, which was a let‑down 😢

The hot spring water quality was good, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious; every facility was kept clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that the staff at check‑in were unhelpful and that the room lacked a guest information booklet. While slippers and tea were provided by the front desk, there was no explanation. When I tried to call the front desk from my room, I didn’t know the phone number, so I had to go there in person.
