I had a very comfortable stay at CityView Residency. The room was clean and well‑maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged everything I needed and made my stay smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended! Nothing was wrong, everything was good :)

The hotel accepted my reservation, but when I arrived, none were available. The front‑desk employee asked me to cancel so I could be refunded. I still haven’t received anything a month later; the hotel claims I didn’t show up. I was on the road at 9 pm with my suitcase, with no help. I got no support from Booking.

It was bad. There was an AC unit from which water was dripping, producing a constant, annoying sound. That’s why I couldn’t sleep at all.
