Located at the top of a narrow, one-way Street in a very residential area, the hotel is fairly quiet except for an occasional barking dog and definitely safe
The cleanliness of the hotel was definitely a highlight
EXCELENTE el trato del personal

“Má”
It doesn’t match a 4‑star hotel at all; maintenance is lacking and there’s little care.
“Good accommodation in outskirts of Rome”
The spot’s great—just a short walk to Villa Valeria, bars, and restaurants, and parking is a breeze. The room was spacious enough for Rome, the shower blasted with good pressure, and the bed was comfy. The building used to shine but now feels a bit old and worn. In the room, the bar fridge was broken, hanging off the wall and only fitting tiny drinks. The price felt steep for what you get, though it’s still fair for a Rome hotel.
“Albergo sconsigliato!”
Nothing good to say. The staff were rude, the room was stuffy with no air conditioning, and a noisy device tried to give a little cool air. I asked to leave the car in the hotel’s reserved area from 2 to 7.30 am, but they forced me into a €15 garage. When we arrived, they asked if we’d had breakfast because they had to organize something… We were two people!
“4 stelle, ma alcuni servizi pubblicizzati non sono stati all’altezza Ho scelto e pagato l’ARS Hotel come struttura 4 st”
The location was fine, but the services listed in the description on Booking can’t actually be used.
The accommodation was solid. No complaints.
