The location, the apartment itself with balcony, and the free street parking voucher were all excellent. Nothing was wrong.

The room was comfortable, but the wifi and hair dryer never worked. We had an administrative issue with the payment method: Marino Tourist did not honor the payment terms and demanded cash or bank transfer at check‑in, which was unpleasant and unresolved by Booking. After a long, uncomfortable conversation with the hotel director, we finally got a refund and were allowed to pay by credit card on the last day at check‑out. It ruined our vacation.
