Good breakfast, early check‑in was lovely and the place was very clean, central. It gets noisy at night, but most of Benidorm is.

I loved it, the staff were excellent 👌, the food was very good and varied, the cleaning service was great with those little touches that made you smile when you entered the room, except the lift was small, but that will be fixed in the next renovation. I’ll definitely come back.

The location is great, close to everything yet still peaceful, and the buffet offers a wide range of dishes. The hotel is quite large and only has one elevator, so during peak times you have to wait.
