The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel’s facilities were great. Located on the Haihe River, Tianjin Eye was very close, and the location was nice, though a bit farther from the area where Heping’s good restaurants are. That wasn’t a big deal. The taxi app was very convenient and easy to use.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it is very close to the airport, making our trip much easier and stress‑free. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, so we would happily stay here again. The main drawback was that the staff spoke very little or no English, which made communication difficult at times; improving English language support would greatly enhance the experience for international guests. Aside from this, the service was courteous, and we enjoyed our stay.

The stay was comfortable and clean. It was secure and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. It’s very close to Cultural Street if that’s your thing. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. No cotton buds, wool, or shower cap were provided, and the non‑smoking floor had a heavy scent of smoke. I gave feedback to staff and they tried to address it, but in a country where so many people smoke it was hard to monitor.
