Clean, good location, helpful staff, and practical facilities—no complaints at all.
They had a welcome touch, but the room was hot.
The location is close to the train station, the view is nice, and the room is spacious. However, the air conditioning in our room was problematic and the room wasn’t cleaned.
The first room faced the road and was very noisy; the staff listened and moved us after a rough first night, but some rooms should come with a warning.
The staff always wore smiles and handled everything wonderfully, making the hotel feel far from the typical Osaka vibe and really relaxing. Unfortunately, at certain times the shower pressure was very weak, which made washing a hassle, and it would be nice for Japanese guests if more than just YouTube could be streamed via subscription services.
