The place was spotless, the spot in the city was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond—everything was flawless.

The spot was decent, the room was clean, and the bar guy was friendly, but the recirculating fan in the hallway near the bathroom was loud and ran nonstop, and in room 206 two AC motors outside the window kept making noise and cycling on and off all night.
