The house was luxurious and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and a living room that had a kitchen; it was very spacious and everything worked well. Parking was right in front of the house and I’d recommend it! We also tried the outdoor onsen, which was a super experience, and it’s close to the city centre. The only downside was that check‑in was outside the house, so bring your documents ready.

Gorgeous building, very well maintained. AC worked very well, all beds (including futons) were very comfortable. Both baths were very well maintained and were just lovely. If we come back to Beppu we would 100% stay here again. The only issue was that the washing machine did not work, but there is a coin-operated laundromat literally one block away. More of an inconvenience than anything else, and the great size, location, and comfort of the space more than made up for it

It was great that the living room had plenty of space and that we had a private onsen. The only issue was that the air‑conditioning unit on the upper floor made loud noises, so we had to turn it off to sleep. Check‑in started well, but when we tried the video confirmation to receive the access code, nobody answered. After asking for help, we were only sent the “How to check in” document again, and the video confirmation still didn’t work. After waiting half an hour outside the house, we finally got verified and could enter.

外観から内観まで清潔さには大変満足しています。 部屋数も多く、大家族や複数家族で宿泊する場合でも、部屋を分けられるため利用しやすい。 また、駐車場も３台止められるのも良かった。が、２台は縦列駐車で玄関前の１台は乗り降りするには横幅が狭いので子供の乗り降りには配慮が必要。. チェックインのためのメッセージは事前にいただいていたが、タブレットが見当たらない場合は施設に問い合わせてと書いてありました。案の定見当たらなかったため、電話したところ鍵付きのボックスに入っていた。 そもそも鍵付きボックスの中にタブレットが入っておりその鍵を開けない限り見当たるわけがないので、その点は鍵について記載するか、あるいは最初から問い合わせするように記載して欲しかった。 また、同施設に２つの宿泊棟がありそれぞれ名前がついているので宿泊の部屋名をテラス付きではなく宿泊棟名を記載してもらえるとわかりやすい。 ちなみに、間取りを見る限りテラス付きと記載されていない棟にもテラスはあり、何が違うのかよくわからない。
