There are plenty of programs and sports options, the food is tasty, and the staff are very kind and helpful. For families with children, there are many opportunities, plus a baby room with a diaper changing station. The quiet part of the hotel had family rooms assigned to young people who party at night, and the cocktail menu could be better.

The breakfast offered a variety of dishes. However, this is the only hotel in Belek (and we’ve been to many others) that has mosquitoes! The grounds aren’t treated, and in the bar we were “eaten alive,” so you can’t open the windows at night without a fumigator. The room was dirty, even with other people’s hair on the sink. Dinner was served until 21.30, but we arrived at 21.00 and the staff were already demonstratively cleaning; they didn’t even approach to take our drink order, and they were stacking chairs right in front of us… not to mention the plates were empty and never refilled. It’s a nightmare, especially in an all‑inclusive setting where you’re supposed to “eat what they give.” The room was next to the restaurant, so we heard clinking glasses and music at midnight, and there’s no sound insulation at all! If you have trouble sleeping, this isn’t for you—you’ll be disturbed by the banging doors of neighbors. The beach isn’t the cleanest and isn’t properly maintained. The bed is hard—like lying on a wooden plank—so you won’t sleep well in that position. As for toiletries, there’s hand soap and an “all‑in‑one” shower gel, but I won’t mention the lack of everything else. The staff rating is unsatisfactory only because of the dinner in the restaurant; the employees who met and drove us were polite enough.

Spacious, very well maintained clean resort - like a beautiful garden. Comfortable super large mattress + pillows. Sandy shore, no stones in the water, plenty of sun chairs and shade for everyone. Good daily activities and evening entertainment. Very tasty food, great variety. We had an excellent hammam+massage at the SPA. Above all - the staff: friendly, helpful, with nice manners - the Adult Bar, Reception, virtually everywhere.THANK YOU ALL!!! Overall, good place to chill out and recharge the batteries. Minor things that couldn't spoil our great time: As others mentioned, only one dispenser in the shower room. No shampoo, no conditioner - why? Talking about the room - spacious lagoon room, but no large mirror: my wife was not happy at all. No refill of the coffee and tea during our stay in the room. The "Themed" restaurants are average. Sand at the beach could be betterly maintained and cleaned very early in the morning, as the other resorts did. Taxi reserved at the hotel reception costs 3 times more that booked by Booking or Uber - not fair, guys!
