Hospitality was awful, management terrible, the place was foul and smelly, the room was dirty and full of mosquitoes. Don’t stay here. A big red flag.

We were picked up from the bus park without extra cost, had a cozy room, good breakfast and a wide range of safaris, etc. Our guide, who came through the hotel, took great care of us both business‑wise and personally. The pool is inviting for a relaxing dip, though there were no loungers yet; the staff are currently hand‑building them.

The location was spot on, right in the city center. The surroundings were pleasant, with a nice swimming pool to unwind and cool off. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. Breakfast was very basic. Room lighting could be better. The bathroom was spacious but not clean; the bathtub was clogged and unusable. The place has a lot of potential but needs better maintenance.
