Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was struck by the poor management of the establishment. The location was not well-indicated, making it difficult for me to find using a tuk-tuk. To make matters worse, I felt unwelcome by the owner, who seemed to be more interested in making money than providing a good service. As a solo traveler, I was already feeling uneasy, and this only added to my discomfort.

Our stay at this hotel was a letdown, mainly due to its outdated facilities and poor management. We were the only guests during our stay, which made the experience feel even more isolated. The hotel's website photos were misleading, and the reality was far from what we expected. The breakfast was not what we were promised, with no buffet and stale bread. To make matters worse, there was no orange juice, and the view of the lake was non-existent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its owner, who is a kind-hearted and responsible individual with excellent English skills. The staff were young and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved the spacious rooms with balconies, and the breakfast was truly impressive. However, we did encounter some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity in our room, but the staff quickly provided a solution.
