The service attitude was good, but the pillow had hair on it, which was a bit annoying.

The shower floor in the 1st‑floor business room drained terribly, with water pooling more than 1 cm. The toilet had a lock design but no latch, which was confusing. Dust and spider webs were present on the lobby sofa and side tables, indicating basic cleaning was not maintained; improvements are needed.
