The location was absolutely quiet. We booked the suite, and the size was just right. The hotel offers a purely vegetarian menu, even for breakfast, so you’ll know you’re missing sausage at the morning meal. The only thing we missed was a fridge in the suite; there should be one to keep a few items cool—drinks, medication, or even some dog food for us.

The setting among the vineyards, the very attentive hosts, the comfortable room, and the valley view were all great.

The vineyard was spectacular with very tasty wines; we especially enjoyed the guided tour of the vineyard with wine tasting (and hearty snacks), and the spacious room was great. The vegan food was very good, but a bit more variety on the menu would be perfect for a multi‑day stay.

The accommodation was pleasant and unique, the rooms were good with fantastic views, and the staff were friendly; however, there isn’t much to do nearby, and it’s located nicely but has a long hill to descend if you walk down.
