“Brilliant staff, excellent location for the pyramids.”
The pyramids entrance is a 7‑8 minute walk, and the rooftop terrace gives a perfect view. The staff were very helpful, especially the free airport pickups. They also let us stay in a room after checkout to freshen up after a morning at the pyramids, which was lovely. No complaints.

We had a superb stay: the hotel was the cleanest we’d seen in Egypt, the staff were wonderful, and the pyramid view was flawless. On our departure day, the team went the extra mile by packing our breakfast and offering a free airport drop‑off even though we hadn’t used their pickup service. Highly recommended! No issues.

The place was very clean and the pyramid view was stunning. The access road was chaotic and in bad condition, and if we wanted silence we’d have to go to a sad northern Europe.
The hospitality was absolute and the staff were eager to help with everything—excellent. Accessibility for wheelchairs needs improvement.
