The staff were extraordinarily friendly, the facility was very clean, the food at the on‑site restaurant was tasty, there was a free shuttle to the village three times a day, and a snorkeling beach right in front of the hotel. The AC was noisy, but that shouldn’t ruin the stay.

The room was beautiful and the location was amazing. The resort really doesn’t have a sandy beach, and the hotel didn’t warn us about construction happening 24/7. We didn’t hear it from the rooms, but we did hear it on the porch and while swimming in the private pool.

The room was clean and the view was amazing. There were a lot of stairs in the hotel; I asked for a room nearby, but we got one far away with many stairs. The hotel manager agreed to move us to a closer room for an extra fee that didn’t seem justified.

Only the room was fine. We were very disappointed with our stay and expected much better from a hotel that calls itself a resort. There are many stairs between the rooms, pool and breakfast area, with no tuk‑tuk or shuttle service. The hotel sits on a hill, far from the main area, so every taxi ride costs around 500 baht, which is quite inconvenient. There is no phone in the rooms to contact reception; guests must use an app or WhatsApp, and the response time was often slow. We also had an unpleasant experience with one of the reception staff members, who did not provide the level of service we expected. Overall, the service and convenience did not match our expectations, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel.

The view was insane, but our room had about 200 stairs, which was a bit much.
