Heitor, the person in charge, was very kind and always attentive; the breakfast was satisfactory and matched the lodge’s standard, the outdoor area was nice and they offer free water, so if you bring a bottle it’s great; the café area was pleasant and tidy and they pay attention to food hygiene, but the room fell short—cleanliness was lacking, the sheets had dust or something, the bathroom was simple, and in our room there seemed to be a bat nest that made noise every day, so the suggestion would be to change the bedding and address the bat nest issue; additionally, the rooms had signs of leaks or mold.

The entire team provided wonderful service, were very helpful and attentive, the owners were very kind to us, and the stay surpassed our expectations.

“Pousada básica.”

The location was great, you can walk to the open restaurants in the center, the staff were friendly, there was a water filter for guests, and an outdoor area for drying swimsuits; the room was basic and cramped for three people, with little space to hang bags or used clothes, and the shower water was cold and weak, not enough to rinse sand.

“Gute Lage, geldgierig.”

The location was good, spacious, and the reception staff were friendly, but I mistakenly booked the wrong date by one day, and despite vacancies there was no leniency and I had to pay for an extra day; is this the new greed in Santo Amaro? It’s not typical Brazilian, it really stressed the stay and I’ll never return.

“Estadia maravilhosa. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo, inclusive o café da manhã que tinha opção de tapiocas e cuscuz.”

The bed and facilities were very comfortable, the bathroom was super clean and room service impeccable, and the location was a plus since we did everything on foot; the blanket/comforter could have been thicker.
