I didn’t stay at all, so it was a total waste of money. The space was insufficient; the shower and toilet were tiny, fitting only in a wardrobe-sized area around the bed. There was no chair or table, just a wooden stool, and the conditions were absolutely shabby.

I didn't expect a boutique hotel, but everything was fine. The rooms are dated yet spacious and clean. The beds are good and the bathroom is dated but also tidy. Breakfast is simple; there's no buffet with all sorts of breads, cheeses, and meats, but a selection of various Irish breakfasts that are freshly prepared and tasty. Price quality is good. The city of Waterford is a quarter away by car but also walkable in 45 minutes. No bus stops nearby; a short walk takes you to a cozy pub for a good glass of Guinness and pizza. I would come back again.

The location is great. The room is decent. There's no continental breakfast and the Irish breakfast options are limited. The shower has a problem.
