The hotel is near the pier and offers a great view of the dock, but the room was dirty, including the towels, blankets, and curtains, and the self‑serve breakfast was disappointing and unclean, with ants present.

The location is good, with a view of the pier.

I couldn't reach the owner after making over a dozen calls, which was infuriating, and the toilet in the bathroom was broken.

The speedboat to Pattaya is only 150 m from the harbor, and there are nice restaurants nearby; however, our view was blocked by an electrical cabinet, and the air‑conditioning was too cold at 27 °C when turned on at night and too hot when turned off.

Simple and centrally located.
