The owners were friendly and ready to give us local tips. The place sits in the green, quiet, with Assisi in the background. Spotlessly clean, with towels changed every two days. The breakfast was excellent—especially Elena’s sweets! No complaints.

First off, thanks to the lovely owners who are always helpful and worth listening to for sightseeing tips. The Italian‑style breakfast has a strong sweet side, with a wide selection of homemade cakes. The property is very pretty, a historic house, and the pool is fantastic. It’s a quiet escape from the bustle. The hotel is intimate, with few rooms, so you feel like you own the place. A great spot if you want peace and quiet and a solid base for exploring Umbria by car. The only drawback is that the nearest restaurant is about 2 km away (though it’s a fantastic place), and others are even farther.

“100 % empfehlenswert.”

The house and garden are lovingly maintained. The owners are on site at arrival and personally escort you into the apartment (or duplex) to answer any questions. Every morning they greet guests in the breakfast room and act as a single point of contact for tips or queries. The view over the mountains toward Assisi is worth seeing. In the large garden there are plenty of lovely spots to retreat. The kitchenette isn’t very suitable for cooking.
