There was nothing good here. The whole property was full of people smoking marijuana, the room was filthy, the nightstand was stainless steel with rust, a dirty rag was wrapped around our free coffee station, and the cabinet trim was chewed up. I tried to reach Sonesta by phone and email, but they never responded.

Location n the dog tag u put on the door. Everything that was advertised was out of order stayed over 7 days no washing machine no exercise equipment working hotel was under construction tape offs every where got attitude when trying to exchange towels in check in system was down my room was already paid just pet fee n deposit couldn't be paid at that moment told them to let me know when ur ready so I can make funds available after 4 days I was like maybe that was their way of saying sorry for all the inconveniences that was waved. Then day before check out started to receive treating email just didn't like how I felt after all that

“Uncomfortable”

The new floors look nice, but my sheets were dirty. I couldn’t leave my room because the check‑in system was broken, and when I traveled out of town to visit family, my husband and I were stuck inside because the front office closed at 11 pm.

“Rather dengue, low-quality, not well maintained.”

There’s no breakfast at all, and the main floor is under construction. Pets are allowed, but the room smelled like a dog even though I didn’t bring a pet. The only clean areas were the remodeled hallways on the second and third floors.
