The staff are super friendly, but some guests kept the sunshades in use all the time, making it hard to see how they tossed towels over the beds; in such a situation there should be more shades or a discreet reminder that someone who disappears for two hours after lunch could release one…

The location was okay, but the bar staff were unfriendly! There are no private rooms for massages in the accommodation, and that’s in a 5‑star hotel? Absolutely not good 👎

A infra estrutura em si era excelente, em pequenos apartamentos espalhados pela colina… muito bom. Sempre bastante limpo e asseado. O que desilude estragando completamente a estadia e mesmo a parte das refeições… tornam se muito repetitivas, de péssima qualidade (a maior parte das vezes) e muito mal confecionadas… vi alguns produtos queimados, outros muito frios no buffet dos quentes, pequenos desentendimentos entre cozinheiros… a parte da alimentação precisa urgentemente de ser melhorada
