“Terrible.”

From check‑in to the coffee shop, the concierge, and the driver I hired, the staff was extremely rude and demeaning; the room was dirty, the bathroom carpet was wet, and the blankets had been used—this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service, room hygiene, and staff behaviour were all unacceptable.

The room itself was fine but nothing special. We only booked to rest before an early flight, yet the extra bed I’d requested for my 8‑year‑old never appeared, forcing us to call repeatedly; we eventually turned it away. The night was ruined by loud, horrific dance music outside, and the neighboring room’s unsupervised young guests shouted, screamed, laughed, and slammed doors all night. We got no sleep, and someone knocked on our door with room service for them around midnight. When my husband asked the staff to be quiet, nothing changed. It was a terrible, exhausting night and we left grumpy.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and everything else was perfect—nothing was lacking.

“Good hotel but the staff and hospitality could be better.”

The hotel is quite nicely made and the location is also very close to the airport which is a plus and overall experience was good !. I had booked 2 rooms for me and my family and we had a lot of luggage so needed time to pack our stuff to checkout but the hotel staff was not very co-operative and they were very pushy to the fact that they had sent a person outside our door so we could hurry and checkout , that is not a sign of good hospitality especially when there are 2 kids under 4 years involved with a wife and a elder mother
