The hotel wasn't really suitable for families, but what really put me off was the air conditioning not working right - and it seemed like no one was going to do anything about it. To make matters worse, the whole place felt like it was running poorly.

This place was a total disaster - the pictures don't even come close to reality. The room was infested with cockroaches, and I mean, they were everywhere, even in the bathroom and near the bed. The bathroom window was broken, which let in mosquitoes and lizards, and the whole vibe felt super creepy.
