The staff were manipulative and dishonest, giving me a worse room and a faulty key; I stood outside the door and instead of resting, I had to negotiate with a neighbor who was assigned my room to make more money. They show better rooms as apartments and then claim a mistake, offering 50 zł to silence someone, yet you still sleep in the wrong corridor waiting for a twist. I was worse off because I had a child. Nothing pleased me, as if there was nothing else, with different photos and a different description—it’s outright fraud, 286 kk.

“Bardzo słabo i ogromne rozczarowanie”

The location was close to where I had to go, but the overall standard was very low. I know the capital can offer better options, like staying at a Hilton for a much higher price, but that wasn’t the point – the price for this “room” was already very cheap. In the 21st century, there were no even the cheapest cleaning supplies that cost 6 zł at Biedronka: shampoo for 6 zł, body wash for 6 zł, hand soap was a disappointment. Even though the offer supposedly included everything, there was a dirty plastic bottle on the bathtub with an unknown filling that made me feel disgusted and forced me to buy toiletries at the nearest Biedronka. The towels were old, only one per person, with an unpleasant scent, but there was toilet paper. The hair dryer that should have been there was missing. The room was large and had access to a shared kitchen, yet there were no towels in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets looked sloppy and were also worn out. I stayed there for two nights and managed to get through it, but I can’t understand such a sales mentality. The explanation for getting into the building was poorly communicated. Maybe it would suit students, but not for that price. I travel a lot in different options, and this was definitely a very disappointing choice. I won’t return or recommend it.
