The location was unbeatable, just minutes on foot to the Tower, restaurants, the bus stop to the airport, and the bus station. The bed and chairs were very comfortable, and the foyer had a hairdryer and coffee machine thoughtfully provided. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the balcony room I booked; the lift only goes to the 3rd floor, so I was moved to a 3rd‑floor room instead of the 4th‑floor one with the balcony – that wasn’t clear in the description. The bathroom has a huge cupboard over the handbasin that blocks access. I sent messages on the booking app the day before but got no reply, so I rang for the code when I arrived. A friendly woman gave me the code immediately and also changed the room for me.

Everything was sensational – the balcony, the bed, the bathroom, the elevator, the food, the staff – it was an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I’ll definitely stay again in the future.

“Convenient, comfortable and clean”

I stayed in a room‑only place that was surprisingly convenient for food and coffee options, and it was easy to get to by bus or ferry into Old Town. The room turned out to be spacious, and once I located the air‑con it worked well. The bathroom was clean and functional, and a lift made moving luggage a breeze. The check‑out time was listed as midday, but the host was flexible when I was a bit late, which I appreciated.

“Great location but disappointed with the lack of service”

The location was great, but I was disappointed that the bed wasn’t made and towels weren’t changed during my 3‑night stay. Apart from a WhatsApp request for passport details, there was no staff contact at all.
