Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. However, the elevators were broken during our stay, forcing us to stay on the fourth floor with two young children and no accommodations were offered, which was inconvenient. The hot tub didn’t work, so the water was pretty cold.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, but when we arrived we saw a sign saying the elevator wasn’t working and were given a room on the third floor. We had to climb many stairs with our luggage, which was a real hassle.

I was excited to stay near my daughter's home, but the elevator had been out of service for a month, so I never got a first‑floor room even though I requested one a week ahead. The ice machine on the second floor was broken, the stair carpet smelled like feet, the tubs were too small, and none of the gym equipment worked.

The rooms were spotless and the breakfast selection was good.

The breakfast was delicious. In my room I found little crumbs on the furniture below the TV, and I mentioned it to reception.
