The place sits in a hidden spot but still close enough to get to Stillwater / Hudson without trouble. Steve, the host, was super friendly and always ready to help. Every facility was set up perfectly – everything you could possibly need, plus extra stuff like games that my son absolutely loved.

“Camper or house???”

It was close to the race track, but the listing showed a picture of a house and bedrooms and never mentioned a camper. We arrived and slept in a camper in the yard of the house that was advertised as our stay.

“Honestly, I think the place would be nice, but there’s so much junk around and poor communication. Made me and my partne”

I’d have preferred the Pines cabin, but it wasn’t set up. Junk was everywhere and didn’t make me feel comfortable; the communication about where we were supposed to stay was unclear, and we weren’t notified that there would be other people there. It would have been nicer if there hadn’t been so much junk around. I was very confused about the whole situation. Nothing was set up for us, and it was unsettling that we had to share a house with a family, only learning about the cabin after a call from the owner, which isn’t great. It was just very unpleasant to arrive.

The place is very remote and quiet. Don’t let the appearance fool you when you drive in; it’s a work in progress but the customer service is top notch. Steve has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable 👏 We loved the rustic outdoor atmosphere and will be back! Nothing else to add.
