The location is great, but the shower was a nightmare—tiny, cramped, and it felt like it could collapse at any moment. The AC barely cooled the room, so I ended up sweating through the night.

I booked online, but when we got there the front desk had no record of my reservation under my name, and there were no rooms left. Thankfully the receptionist was quick to sort things out and got us a room, but the whole mix‑up was frustrating.
