I did the Camino and stayed in gites and hostels that looked like the Red House. I wasn’t surprised by the dormitory; it met my expectations. The staff were very attentive to us. I hope more places like this remain so people feel comfortable and share. I was happy with my experience in this region I didn’t know before. Nothing negative.

First off, I liked the warm welcome and the clear explanations about how the house works, plus the easy way to lock my bike securely. I also appreciated the dorm layout, which felt spacious and intimate thanks to its unique design. The common area is pleasant, the kitchen is clean, and you can buy local drinks at a reasonable price. Finally, the city center is about a 10‑minute walk away.
