“It got the job done, and staff was very nice, nothing luxurious about the place. But served its purpose.”
The location near the lake and river was very convenient. I liked that it was dog friendly and the price was good. The accommodation was pretty bare bones, with minimal amenities. Our room smelled a bit musty, like pets, and was overly perfumed with something trying to mask the odors.
“I've had much better service there before”
The location was fine. The service—or lack of it—felt like someone was more concerned with their phone than helping me.
“Disappointing.”
There were plenty of rooms available, but the smoke detector kept beeping all night, the parking lot was poorly lit, the breakfast selection was dismal, and the HVAC barely worked.
The location was good, the price was great, and even though it wasn’t a luxury hotel it was very clean with polite staff.
