The house is beautifully furnished, self‑check‑in is convenient, and the balcony smells like fresh wood, but our balcony had two air‑conditioners that we didn’t use; we slept with the windows open and still heard a lot of noise from the other AC units, so earplugs are advisable if you want to keep the windows open in summer.
