The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the hotel offers great value for money. Its central location means you can reach Hamburg-Mitte in no time. There was nothing to complain about; everything fit perfectly.

The price for a night is reasonable, which explains all the drawbacks. The staff are friendly, the process is straightforward, the free Wi‑Fi is usable, and the rooms are clean. However, the rooms are a bit noisy, small, and have no TV; the hotel is far from the city center, which justifies the price. The elevator was broken, and parking costs €10.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, kompetent. Die Tatsache, dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist, ist äußert angenehm, gibt ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Wir können nichts beanstanden
