The location is decent and the mattress is fairly comfortable despite the rough edges. The listing was misleading about the building: the photo shows a different, more attractive building at the back. In the apartment someone had smoked in the room we were renting, and the manager didn’t check beforehand, but he did swap us into another unit. The other apartment was old, the dining area was very basic (one table, four chairs), not at all cozy, and it wasn’t heated (16.5 °C upon arrival). The heating was broken? The dishes were badly damaged (pots completely worn out and unusable), there were no mugs or bowls, and the cutlery and glasses were insufficient for three rooms. And the kicker: the boiler was broken, so no hot water. We only managed to take one hot shower over the three nights. The floor was dirty.

The location is awesome, just two blocks from the Mestre train station! The room and kitchen were comfortable for a two‑night stay. I recommend it.

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y bien equipada, lo que hizo mi estancia muy agradable. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y la ubicación es perfecta cerca a la estacion mestre. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente
