The staff were professional and courteous, friendly everyone, not just one or two people. The food list could use more variety.

The hotel was fantastic in the centre of Galle Fort. All the staff were very attentive and welcoming, especially our concierge Kalpani, who greeted us by name each morning with her beautiful smile. The hotel building was architecturally stunning, with years of history. We loved the pool and enjoyed our swim each morning before breakfast
