The villa is clean and tidy, matches the photos and even looks better, with high daily cleanliness. The place is quiet and safe, the pool is clean and lovely, and there are excellent exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Staff are very helpful, and WhatsApp communication is fast. The location is peaceful, away from crowds, close to Kata and Karon. I also appreciate the management’s good service and quick responses, whether it was canceling a duplicate booking without fees or providing daily halal breakfast to the villa after we informed them of limited options. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, there are no trash bins in the rooms, and the AC can sometimes be weak, but it fixes quickly when staff are notified. Also, there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, only windows for ventilation. Overall, these are minor issues that don’t stop me from staying again. The stay was enjoyable and excellent, highly recommended.

“Overpriced and overrated”

1. Air conditioning in the bedrooms not cooling at all! 2. hard, uncomfortable mattress. 3. Poos sound isolation, noise can be heard from your neighbors and from street in the compund middle of the night. 4. Poor communication, as they come to clean swimming pool during our stay without prior notice which took more than 4 hours. 5. Internet got disrupted more than half of the day due to payment issues from them!! 6. Mosquitos all over the rooms 7. Very slippery tile floors both inside and outside swimming pool. This caused hazard to safety to the guests. 8. short pool. 9. Daily cleaning service disappointed 10. Limited international options for the breakfast. overpriced for this quality of accommodation

“Good value”

The villa is spacious, the staff are pleasant and helpful, the facilities are excellent, it’s very family‑friendly and there’s a washing machine, but there’s no fence around the pool so children could fall in, cameras are installed inside the villa, and there are no security guards around the resort.

Privacy in the villa and the facilities are good, it’s close to the beach and all services (Alfan boats, McDonald’s, and many shops). The nearby beach has no place to swim and is far from Patong and other tourist spots.
