The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The location was perfect, right in the center of Zermatt. The hotel was very comfortable, every detail well thought out. We strongly recommend this hotel and will gladly return. Nothing to report. The hotel is exceptional.

It has a Sister property with a beautiful spot that I really enjoyed. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful and accommodating

The service was incredible and the attention to detail was remarkable. The staff cared for all our needs. We were upgraded to a room with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn, a balcony and a welcome plate of fruit. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were superb, the hotel design featured vintage details. The spa in the hotel nearby was excellent. The bar downstairs was very pleasant, with delicious tartare and overall great cuisine.

**A little gem — and, for us, the favourite hotel in Zermatt ❤️** We absolutely loved our stay at Monte Rosa. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtful, elegant and genuinely welcoming. Our room was huge, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable — the kind of room you actually look forward to coming back to after a day in the mountains. Breakfast was superb, the service was exceptional, and the whole hotel has such a lovely atmosphere: elegant and refined, but warm and never overly formal. And here’s what really says it all: we also stayed at Monte Rosa’s sister hotel, the **5-star Mont Cervin Palace**. Both are wonderful, but if we had to choose, **we would pick Monte Rosa**. There was just something about its character, atmosphere and the way we were looked after that we preferred. I’m usually pretty good at finding something to complain about 😂 but honestly… **I can’t fault this hotel.** Everything was just right. **We’d happily come back to Monte Rosa anytime — and that, for us, is the best review of all. ❤️**
