The room was nice, with good air and security, the TV worked perfectly, the lift was also perfect, the pool was very nice and comfortable. The hotel’s location was good. The hot shower didn’t work (it was freezing) and a 4‑star hotel should have at least that working from the start. The double bed had only one bedside lamp and no side outlet; the rest of the room had only two outlets and no side furniture to put a phone, for example. The staff at breakfast kept cleaning next to my ear, bumping my chair repeatedly; one wanted to eat calmly. When I asked for more croissants they said they were out and the ones they had were hard, and there was no more orange juice. I complained when I left, but the front desk lady just said “well.” The shower issue should have been mentioned earlier, and if they wanted me to bathe before leaving the hotel, there was only an hour left. In short, I had to leave without showering in a hotel I paid for and they didn’t acknowledge anything. The parking was super uncomfortable to exit.

The hotel is just a short walk from Avenida Costanera. The rooms are huge, each with an XL double bed. Room service is excellent, with daily linen and towel changes. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Value for money is great, and parking is free. Highly recommended.
