“Je ne vais plus y retourner”
The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement: the room carpet was very dirty, as was the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was ordinary, with no fruit and very few options.
“Our stay was great thank you”
The room was clean, but I tipped the housekeeper $20 and then saw another $20 gratuity charge on my card, which was disappointing.
“Great but my back hurts”
There were plenty of shops nearby, but the bed felt as hard as a rock.

The place was spotless and the neighborhood was great, nothing to complain about.
The bar was good and offered light meals, but the cold plates at breakfast were not warm at all.
