The accommodation is original and lovingly decorated inside an old Alsatian house with a very nice, quiet courtyard/garden. The temperature in the room just below the roof was a bit warm, so we slept with the windows open in both directions and the room cooled nicely by morning.

The hostess was very friendly, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hostel has a wonderful garden where we could sit in the evenings. The setting is very stylish in an old timber‑frame house. It’s not suitable for very tall people or those who have trouble climbing stairs. We were walking around and that day there was nothing nearby to shop or eat, but we knew that in advance. The hostess also pointed us toward a small beer garden that was reachable.
