“Get a room with a balcony for those spectacular sunsets”
The view and proximity to the sea are great, though the music at breakfast was annoying and the bed felt too soft.

The location is fantastic, right on the promenade and only 500 yards from the station, every detail feels carefully considered, and the staff were superb.

Breakfast was tasty with a good selection and arrived on time, the room offered a great view, and parking was convenient, but the reception area isn’t obvious when you enter.

The room is spacious enough for three adults, dinner was very good with a wide variety of options, and the hotel sits on the sea front with dining overlooking the sea, but breakfast seating was slightly lacking, with many tables set for two and only a few for four.

The bar area and entrance look scruffy, the building is amazing yet tired and needs TLC, the paint is good, staff are amazing, the stairwell is breathtaking, plastic chairs outside look cheap, breakfast is okay but a bit basic, it’s not far from getting it bang on, and it needs more investment.
