Half board was good and the staff were helpful. However, there was no full‑body mirror, a small separate lamp would have been nice, and the closet in the hallway held laundry and other items.

We were upgraded from Haus Edelweiss to the main house Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus and were able to enjoy the comfort and wellness area in the main house. The breakfast buffet was great, the wellness area superb, and the rooms comfortable.

After I arrived the room I had booked hadn’t been cleaned, so I was upgraded to the main house (Hotel Klocknerhaus). That room was truly top‑class compared to the very small room under the roof in the guest house Edelweiß. The location is good, right next to the waterfalls. The wellness area is very nice. The breakfast buffet left no wishes unfulfilled, and dinner was great. I couldn’t use the nature pond because of time constraints, but it looked very pretty. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but it was also very busy.

Cleanliness, staff, and the booked half board were all excellent, even including a daily drink per guest. The only downside is that the hotel cannot control other people's behavior.

The sauna landscape is excellent and the dinner (half board) is superb. The only issue is the noise in the sauna – the acoustics and the irritating background music.
