The staff were friendly, but the price didn’t justify the stay. The sink drained slowly, the shower/tub stayed stuck in both modes, and the wall light wasn’t straight. Overall it didn’t live up to expectations.

CJ handled check‑in wonderfully, making me feel truly welcomed, and the rest of the team kept the smiles coming; Nicole was especially helpful. The only downside was the departure process, which was the toughest part.

The location was nice and the place was very clean. I needed a handicap room because I was in a wheelchair, but they only had one and it was already taken, which made showering very difficult for me.

The lady in charge of breakfast was very attentive to the customers' needs, which is rare and exceptional. The restaurant is a good one, less than 2 minutes on foot. Nothing else.
