“A disappointing stay.”
The sofa bed sheet for my son was never changed, and no blanket or pillows were offered. I mentioned it to the Front Desk, who then brought a crib to the room. The next morning I raised the issue again, and the staff claimed housekeeping had been notified. When we returned around 3 pm, the sofa bed was still untouched, so my son slept without a proper bed for both nights we stayed. The furniture throughout the hotel looked like second‑hand pieces, with paint or varnish peeling in places, giving a cheap and unattractive appearance. Overall, the furnishings and service left a lot to be desired.
