The staff were attentive at every turn, noticing every detail, and the views were beautiful. However, the signage to get there was confusing; we got lost and had to ask several times for the correct route. When the hotel was full, the outdoor tables and chairs were insufficient.
The staff’s friendliness was exceptional; they made us feel at home and always attended to any need. I would stay longer next time. The peace is unmatched, the views never cease to amaze, and chatting with the Viñak locals was the best part.
