This hotel is in a great location with a fantastic beach right on the doorstep. It's a shame that the rest of the experience was just okay.
“Really family friendly, fun resort, plenty to do and eat / drink”
This resort is a real gem, with everything within walking distance, including the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a shower, mini fridge, balcony, and plenty of mirrors. The maids do a great job of keeping the rooms clean, and the mini bar is replenished with soft drinks. I was really impressed with this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. However, there were a couple of issues that let it down - the toilet was a bit smelly and the bidet wasn't working properly. Still, these were minor problems and I'd definitely stay here again.

I have to say, I didn't enjoy my stay at all. The smell of sewage was unbearable throughout the entire hotel, including the restaurant, pool, kitchen, and dining area. It was like a constant stench that followed me everywhere. To make matters worse, the room was also not soundproof at all.
The only thing that was even remotely enjoyable was the animation team. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The food was a disaster - no variety, just the same old thing every day. It was either raw or overcooked, and the staff were incredibly rude, especially at reception. The dining area was sweltering, and the corridors were just as bad - it felt like walking into a sauna. The layout of the hotel was a nightmare, and every day seemed to bring some new crisis.
