The breakfast was bland, but the staff were friendly and did their best. I was assigned a subpar room without a safe, and water problems kept popping up: brown broth came out of all the taps at night, the pool water was never refilled after requests, and the water was turned off without warning. During the evening barbecue the meat we ordered was handed to other guests, and we had to wait a quarter‑hour for it to finish cooking. The restaurant food was mediocre, but a quick bike ride to 7Eleven led to a great Thai spot at normal prices.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two unforgettable weeks in our little paradise ❤️🌴 After spending two wonderful weeks at Tolani Resort Koh Samui, leaving honestly felt a little bit like saying goodbye to a second home. From the very first day, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. Tolani is not just a beautiful resort – it has a very special atmosphere. Peaceful, intimate, surrounded by tropical nature and far away from the feeling of a large, anonymous hotel. Our room and the entire resort were always exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and there is this wonderful sense of calm that makes you slow down and simply enjoy being there. But what made these two weeks truly special were the people. A huge thank you to Koko and Jack from the service team. You were both so warm, attentive and genuinely kind and made us feel welcome every single day. And of course Rock at the pool – always there with a smile and making our days by the pool even more enjoyable. We also want to thank the entire reception and housekeeping teams. The service was outstanding. Whenever we needed anything, we simply sent a WhatsApp message and within minutes someone was there to help. Nothing ever felt complicated, and every request was handled with such friendliness and care. After two weeks, you start recognizing faces, exchanging smiles and developing your own little daily routines – and that is when a beautiful hotel becomes something more personal. That is exactly how Tolani felt to us. We came here looking for peace, relaxation and a little piece of paradise – and that is exactly what we found. Thank you to the entire Tolani family for taking such wonderful care of us and for making these two weeks on Koh Samui so memorable. We are leaving with beautiful memories and a little sadness because our time here is over. We will miss this place and, most of all, the wonderful people who made it feel like home. ❤️ Hopefully this is not goodbye, but simply see you again. 🌴❤️

The beach isn’t safe when the tide is low, the staff don’t speak English well, and we had regular water interruptions.

“2nd visit - perfect as always!”

This is our second visit, and it’s excellent as the first time. Got everything you need here, massive deep pool, sauna both warm and cold dip, and the best of all the gym! I don’t think we’ll go anywhere else when we come go back to Samui again. The staff are lovely as always and the place is very clean and beautiful and peaceful. Thanks, will be back for our 3rd visit next time!. Nothing!
