The AC works well and the staff is very helpful, doing what they can to accommodate your needs. The pools are not clean or properly maintained, with leaves everywhere and various insects. Laundry costs 100 php (around 1.4 euros) per article, which is simply ridiculous. Restaurant prices are a bit high. Rooms with direct access to the lagoon pool are extremely expensive for what they are and are absolutely not worth it.

The hotel sits a bit outside the bustling city, which we prefer. The staff were courteous and pleasant. We ran into a small issue with our room and the kids’ room, but they helped right away and upgraded us, which we really appreciated. Rooms by the pool are highly recommended. The shower was large and comfortable with a good flow of hot water. The only downside is that the hotel looks a bit old and needs various repairs and improvements to look great.

The staff were friendly and the villas with pool access are nice. The property’s maintenance could use some attention around the grounds.

The resort is spectacular! A very quiet spot where you can definitely relax. It isn’t central, but you can walk or take a tuk‑tuk to the city in a short time. The staff are very kind, and the breakfast buffet is very good.
