The hotel was spotless, both the property and the room itself. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere felt warm. It sits near a park, so it’s quiet with fresh air, and the sea is only a 3‑minute walk away. I highly recommend it ❤️. I liked everything and will gladly return 💕

The location is good, with the sea across the street being crystal clear and the beach gravelly. Right next to the hotel you can find a café/bar where you can eat well, and the stop is right there. A 30‑minute minibus ride and you’re already strolling around Batumi. The room itself is very small and cramped; it barely fits a bed, although there is a wardrobe and a fridge. The TV is mounted just under the ceiling, which is convenient when you have no time to watch. The window faced the corridor instead of directly to the street, which was a real disappointment. The night light was missing; the general lighting was either too bright or the darkness was too deep.

The hotel feels cozy and is close to the museum and city hall. The beach is a 2‑minute walk on a calm path. It’s convenient that the hotel is slightly tucked away from the road, so there’s no nighttime street noise. The rooms are clean, with crisp white linens and soft towels. The staff are friendly, and it’s nice that pets are allowed (we came with a cat).

The hotel is quiet and peaceful, located close to the sea with shops and cafés nearby. The family room has a large terrace and outdoor furniture. There’s a fridge and kettle in the room. If you want housekeeping to tidy the room, just ask at reception. On the first floor there’s a kitchen with dishes, a stove, a microwave, kettles, and coffee makers. Laundry costs 10 lari.

I had booked room 2, but when I arrived there was no room for me. Nobody apologized or offered a solution, and I couldn’t re‑book because the 12‑hour window had passed and online booking was no longer available. At 5 am I had to search street by street to find a place.
